Every home we design is a unique tapestry of our clients’ lives—a collection of their most treasured possessions paired with discoveries that embody a global sensibility and a sense of place.

Rooted in Traditionalism mixed with a Modernist edge, Amanda’s design approach follows an eclectic recipe: On a Southampton project for a client with a large contemporary art collection, she took their 12 Queen Anne-style dining chairs from the 1940s to an automobile shop and had each one lacquered in a vibrant primary color. Always on the hunt for the unexpected, Amanda creates enduring interiors with telltale signs of the people who live there, rendering each home a marriage of two visions—the client’s and her own.

Meet Amanda

Curating collected interiors using singular ingredients

While she pushes the envelope to elevate even the most discerning palate, it’s always about the harmony between her design and the clients’ tastes. Once you give Amanda the components you like to “cook” with, she’ll make it the best visual meal you’ve ever had—a real feast for the eyes. You may know which ingredients you love, but she’s the “chef.”

Just as different chefs take varied approaches to profiteroles and cream or a classic coq au vin, Amanda brings a unique perspective to each interior design project. Informed by her education and background in fine arts, furniture and antiques, her design ethos considers scale and proportion and follows that every client’s home should feel like their own.
